Shipping Policy

Most of our orders get shipped out within the same day if order is placed before 1:00PM or within 24 hours. We do our best to deliver the product, as fast to our customers as possible, as we know it has vital importance to our valued clients. Since our products get shipped from various warehouses located across the country, there may be some delays based on proximity from warehouse to client. Once order is placed, if there are delays then immediate notification will be disclosed to the client.

Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. If item packaging or item condition is damaged, we may apply restocking fees from 20% up to %50 of the total cost of the product. Return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If return is not a result of an All City Building Supply error, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your REFUND or EXCHANGE upon your request. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
